Back.

Hiyaaaa!

After what feels like chuffing ages (two weeks), I'm back. I lost my blogging mojo completely. I have had quite frankly the shittiest few months of my life but things are on the up because... I GOT A JOB (a job that I actually really, really wanted!!!!!!!).

(Celebration dance)

I will back to normal-ish blogging later this week when I have got my act together! Hope your week is going well, never thought I would ever say this but I'm actually loving the sunshine!

This is the outfit I wore last night when me and my boyf Tom went on a date night in Nottingham. We did three loops round town trying to find somewhere to eat and eventually ended up in La Tasca, best decision we have ever made! So goooooood. Ended up ordering way too much food and feeling slightly sick! We then went to Coco Tang for some cocktails, I decided to go for a Lychee Martini (ew, tasted like hand soap and I was trying to be sophiticated) and Tom had a Mojito (much better choice). We had a really good night and I got to showcase my new bag that I am full on in love with, even though every man I know thinks it's hideous *sob*.

Hope you're all having a fab week! I'm proper looking forward to the weekend, potential house party is happening so I'm bound to be sliiiightly intoxicated!

I have come to the realisation that pretty much my whole wardrobe is either black or white. Not cool, definitely not cool. I need to throw some colour in there, especially with the weather warming up (fingers crossed). I'm going on holiday in July to the South of France and rather than bulk buying the whole of Primark before I go, I want to build up some holiday clothes over the months before.

1. I am the most un-girly girl in the world, I do NOT do pink. However, I really, really like this dress. In my head I feel like I would wear it all the time during summer, but in reality i'm not so sure. I'm going to keep my eye on it and will no doubt end up buying it in some kind of 'I can wear anything' moment.

2. I'm loving these Gelly polishes, I went through a phase of wanting my nails really matte all the time but i'm bored of that now and tbh I like a bit of shine! Prickly Pear is such a nice spring/summer colour and I have been wanting a lilac colour for my collection for flippin' ages.

3. Right, I have got this thing about leopard print. I literally will be Bet Lynch when I'm an old woman. I will just kit myself from head to toe in it and will no doubt still have red hair. My kindle case, phone case and purse (to name only a few) are all leopard print. It's a problem. I have been wanting either vans or converse for ages, especially to take on holiday with me annnnd obvs these are perfection. I will be the poster girl for mutton dressed as lamb when I hit 50, fo' sho'.

4. NEED THIS TSHIRT.

5. In my head I have wanted a button down skirt for ages, River Island have got a few nice ones in at the moment.. as always I was drawn to the black one. But I stopped myself and went for the light denim one instead, self control and all that. I just think it will be really summery and nice on holiday. (Literally not going to stop talking about going on holiday, my bad).

6. I have worn Aviators for yearsssssss, a couple of years ago I switched to Ray Ban style glasses and now I am about to take on round sunglasses. I have got kind of a fat head sooo I'm guessing this isn't going to go too well, but I have made my mind up and I will wear them regardless. NO ONE CAN STOP ME.

7. When I bought my last liquid eyeliner I was being a cheapskate, it's collection 2000 and it's sh*t. It just cracks and peels and is generally just plain old rubbish. Last time I went into Topshop I tried this on my hand and it didn't come off for like a whole day/night so I'm gonna give it a whirl and hopefully I won't be looking like I have slept in my makeup after a few hours of wearing it!

I really amused myself about the whole Bet Lynch/Mutton Dressed as Lamb ting. This is literally me in 30 years - winning at life.

This is NOT a Mini Haul (it is)

Holla!

Just a quick one today, this is basically a mini haul but I literally can not bring myself to use that word. It gives me a cold shiver. I wanted to do a post of my recent Internet buys because I am excited and mainly I just want the whole world to see my new bag. I prefer to do my shopping online, it's so much easier doing it in the comfort of your own home where you can look like a slob and not worry that the security guard in Superdrug thinks you're a shoplifter (I'm not a shoplifter, but the guy follows me and Idle round EVERY time... asswipe). I'm going waaay off on a tangent, my bad!

 Satchel - Ebay

This is my new baby, I ordered it off Ebay earlier this week and it arrived literally the next day. I am in love. I featured this in my March Wishlist and it has been saved on my favourites for around two months and I finally bit the bullet and ordered it. It's a bit bigger than I thought it was going to be but I honestly have nothing bad to say about it at all. It's possibly my favourite thing I have ever owned, soooo purrdy.

Necklace - Asos

I have an ever growing collection of gold chains, I just can't get enough. I saw this on Asos and really liked it, it was £8 so pretty cheap really. I think it will look really nice with my denim shirt or a polo neck crop top.

St Tropez Body Lotion Sample - Latest in Beauty
Highlights by Technic - Amazon

I ordered the St Tropez body lotion sample because I bought my mum the Anti-Ageing Bible box from Latest in Beauty and I needed to spend a couple more quid to get free delivery, haaaa cheapskate. I'm so glad I did though, I used it for the first time on Friday night and it's so nice. It's not like caking on a load of fake tan, it has little flecks of glitter in it so leaves you looking glowing. I'm really impressed with it and will definitely be using it when I want to feel less like a ghost.

I have been debating getting a high lighter for weeks, at first I was looking at getting Benefit High Beam but the price is just redonkulous. I was just browsing through Amazon and saw the Technic High Lights dupe, I snapped it up as it was only about £1.80. I'm really looking forward to trying it out and if it's a heap of crap I can't complain that it cost a bomb!

Hope you all had a great Easter and aren't currently in some kind of Easter egg coma?
