This is NOT a Mini Haul (it is)

Holla!

Just a quick one today, this is basically a mini haul but I literally can not bring myself to use that word. It gives me a cold shiver. I wanted to do a post of my recent Internet buys because I am excited and mainly I just want the whole world to see my new bag. I prefer to do my shopping online, it's so much easier doing it in the comfort of your own home where you can look like a slob and not worry that the security guard in Superdrug thinks you're a shoplifter (I'm not a shoplifter, but the guy follows me and Idle round EVERY time... asswipe). I'm going waaay off on a tangent, my bad!

 Satchel - Ebay

This is my new baby, I ordered it off Ebay earlier this week and it arrived literally the next day. I am in love. I featured this in my March Wishlist and it has been saved on my favourites for around two months and I finally bit the bullet and ordered it. It's a bit bigger than I thought it was going to be but I honestly have nothing bad to say about it at all. It's possibly my favourite thing I have ever owned, soooo purrdy.

Necklace - Asos

I have an ever growing collection of gold chains, I just can't get enough. I saw this on Asos and really liked it, it was £8 so pretty cheap really. I think it will look really nice with my denim shirt or a polo neck crop top.

St Tropez Body Lotion Sample - Latest in Beauty
Highlights by Technic - Amazon

I ordered the St Tropez body lotion sample because I bought my mum the Anti-Ageing Bible box from Latest in Beauty and I needed to spend a couple more quid to get free delivery, haaaa cheapskate. I'm so glad I did though, I used it for the first time on Friday night and it's so nice. It's not like caking on a load of fake tan, it has little flecks of glitter in it so leaves you looking glowing. I'm really impressed with it and will definitely be using it when I want to feel less like a ghost.

I have been debating getting a high lighter for weeks, at first I was looking at getting Benefit High Beam but the price is just redonkulous. I was just browsing through Amazon and saw the Technic High Lights dupe, I snapped it up as it was only about £1.80. I'm really looking forward to trying it out and if it's a heap of crap I can't complain that it cost a bomb!

Hope you all had a great Easter and aren't currently in some kind of Easter egg coma?

OOTD #4

Hiya!

Hat - Dorothy Perkins
Tshirt - Ebay
Skirt - Asos
Shirt - Internacionale
Creepers - Primark
Watch - Michael Kors

Hope you're having a good week peeps? This week has been such a slow burner, since Tuesday it has felt like it should have been Friday! I wore this when I went out yesterday to run some errands... and of course I ended up at the pub in the evening (everyone of these outfit posts has included the pub/alcohol... awkward). I bought the tshirt and shirt this week, I needed to buy things to put me in a better mood - it didn't work. But yeahhhhh, I love my 'Feline Meow' tshirt, it's a rip off of the 'Celine' tshirt's that everyone in the world owns... although I would quite like one myself. It was only £7.99 on Ebay, with free delivery as well so it was a right bargain! I'm quite excited for the long weekend and Easter, I'm going out tonight with my boyfriend for some cocktails in Nottingham. LONG ISLAND ICE TEA GET DOWN MY NECK.

I have waffled long enough! Hope you all have a great bank holiday weekend and if you can't be good, be careful!

The Basics

This is just a little post about my everyday makeup. I am one of those people that tend to not leave the house with out makeup on (what a sorry life I lead), although I can give or take the eyeliner and lipstick. ANYWAY!

Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation Sample - Ecru
Mac Pressed/Select Sheer - NW15
Benefit Pink Family Top Blusher
Rimmel Match Perfection 2 in 1 Concealer and Highlighter - 010 Ivory
Collection Concealer - Natural 2
Ecotools Stippling Brush
Barbara Daly Blusher Brush
Eyelure Eyebrow Pencil - Dark to Medium
Collection Liquid Eyeliner
Rimmel Lipstick - 170 Alarm

I went into town recently and my friends bullied talked me into getting matched up for the Double Wear Estee Lauder foundation to get a sample. I was dead against it because I would never spend £27 on a foundation, but OH MY GOD. Best foundation ever. I have a hard time with foundation as it is because my skin tends to be quite dry so this is just a revelation. I know my friends are gonna read this, so I apologise... I will be buying it when I get some dollar... you guys where right. Its really good coverage and I still feel like my skin can breath! I also bought the Collection concealer for around my eyes, I get the world's worst bags/dark circles underneath my eyes and so far I am pretty impressed with it. It seems to be doing the job I intended it to and it was cheapy cheap so I can't complain. I'm not going to go into detail about everything I use because I obviously love it all otherwise I wouldn't be using it everyday! But these are my basics, I would be lost without them.

Please enjoy this extremely close up picture of my face.

Ciao!

March Wishlist - Part Deux

1. Atlas Watch - Urban Outfitters £26
2. Line Up the Bitches Tshirt - Michael Agwunobi £39
3. Lipstick in Biguiled - Topshop £8
4. Flatforms - River Island £45
5. Belt - River Island £15
6. Animal Earrings - Topshop £8.50
7. Denim Jacket - River Island £50

I had planned to do a wishlist once a month.. seems that isn't happening then! I have seen waaaaay too many things I want, highly depressing let me tell you.

1. I already have my Michael Kors watch but I feel too frightened to wear it, so it's now my special occassion watch. I have wanted an 'every day' watch for ages and I have been wearing a Casio watch that doesn't work that my friend Lauren kindly gave me. This atlas watch would be purrrrrrfect, and it has got a pretty face.

2. So everyone in the blogger world has a Celine tshirt it seems, BUT LOOK AT THIS ONE!! I mean I might be extremely slow off the mark and this might have been around for ages, but I saw it crop up on Tumblr a few days ago and I hunted it down. I really, really love it, but the price is pretty steep so I am going to wait and try and hunt it down on Ebay for cheapy cheaps.

3. I went into town last week to specifically get a Topshop lipstick because I had a gift card and I ended up coming out with the most boring, plain browny colour known to man. I looked at 'beguiled' whilst I was there and talked myself out of buying it, idiot. This WILL be the next one I buy, it's such a nice shade.

4. I am currently stuck in a rut shoe-wise, I seem to only wear my trusty black boots every time I go on a night out at the minute. Being 5'11 I refuse to go out in flats or kitten heels - ew - and I can't wear platform heels or anything too high as my friends are mainly all midgets (love you guyzzzz). So I have started to wear flatforms, when they first came about I stayed well clear because I thought they would be really unflattering but what a revelation! They are now my new favourite and I NEED these, how are nice are they though? I will not hear a bad word said about them.

5. I already have this belt with 'hollaback' written across it, I have worn it to death and I only got it for Christmas. I have now seen this one and I have to have this too, I have no explanation why... I just have to have it.

6. I desperately need some studs as all of mine seem to have done a disappearing act. I stupidly decided to get three more piercings in one ear when I was about 16-17 and I have been at a stud shortage ever since. These earrings are so cute, who wouldn't want an elephant and a little fat dog in their ear? Come onnnnnnn.

7. I need a new jacket. I wear my blazer and leather jacket all the time and I want a new addition to the jacket family. I have been on the hunt for a denim jacket, but more of an over sized fit than a cropped one. So far the only half decent ones I have seen have been on Ebay and have always sold before I have the money to buy them. I came across this a few days ago and it's a military style jacket so it will be over sized annnd it's quite long which is a bonus. I really like all the little details on the pockets and down the zip hem.

That was some heavy reading, congrats if you actually made it to the end!

OOTD #3

Bonsoir!

Dress - Internacionale
Chelsea Boots - Quiz
Watch - Casio

First off I would just like to apologise for the lack of posts recently, I'm putting it down to starting a volunteering job/not being bothered. My baaaad. Secondly I would like to apologise for my arms in this picture, it's the best of a bad bunch and quite frankly I couldn't be bothered to take more pictures because it started to rain. Anyway, apologies out of the way, this is the dress I recently featured in my March Wishlist. I wore this dress on Saturday when I went for a night out with my gally's, one too many drinks were had and it's safe to say I definitely did NOT look like this when I rolled into bed at 3am.

I think these pictures pretty much sum up the night, I may or may not have stolen them from Idle and JoJo. I can't be trusted with a phone on a night out as I have been known to lose a phone... or five, so I canny take pictures.

Hope you're all having a great week so far! I have got a post planned for Thursday as it's my day off so watch out y'all.

Nails... bro

 Hello!

Just a quick nail post, I have been wanting to do another outfit post for a few days but the weather here has been horrific and I didn't fancy standing outside in the rain/sleet/snow to be honest. Anywho!

Topshop Eclipse - £6.00
Barry M Lychee - £3.99

I felt like it was time to update my nail varnish collection, I currently HATE all of my nail varnish and I keep using the same dark blue MAC colour every time I paint my nails. I bought these two on Friday when I went into to town with my friend Lauren and they were both free WOOOO!! The Topshop one was bought with a gift card I had at the back of my purse and the Barry M Gelly polish was bought using my Boots advantage card points. Apologies in advance for the crap pictures/nail painting technique!

Topshop Eclipse

I have been lusting after this Topshop nail varnish for a couple of weeks, I featured it on my March Wishlist last week. I loooooved the colour of this on the bottle but no matter how many coats I put on it just stayed a gold colour and didn't really shine a blue/green like I thought it would. I still love the colour and it has stayed on really well with no chipping after a few days. I'm glad I didn't pay for it though, £6.00 for a nail varnish seems a bit steep to me (such a cheapskate!).

Barry M Lychee

I LOVE THIS NAIL VARNISH, there isn't much else to say really other than this is perfectionnnnn. I have wanted a nude colour for a while but I'm fussy and they have either been too pink or too brown. But this - oh my gawd - is my favourite colour ever. I can already envisage myself being obsessed and wearing it to death.

Anyway, that's all from me!
